Write up a description of your pet that includes:
- Type, breed, and sex
- Appearance: size, color, distinguishing markings
- Date missing and where last seen
- Description of collar (although collars may be lost)
- Any other pertinent facts
- Your phone number and an email address by which to contact you
If the dog you found has a license tag only, call the following agencies to see if the owner can be traced through the license number:

After placing your listing by fax or email, please mail a photo of your pet to this post box. I will scan it and include it with your description. Please include self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of photo.
EMAIL YOUR LISTING FIRST. TELL ME IN THE EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE SENT A PHOTO TO THE P.O BOX (not checked everyday unless a photo is expected).
Removing a Listing
